For orders placed through our online store, applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping within the United States is currently free.
Shipping charges and conditions for other markets may vary and will be displayed at checkout when those markets are available through our online store.
For wholesale, OEM, customized, private-label, or international orders arranged separately, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination-related charges may apply according to the agreed commercial terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and using an authorized payment method.
For wholesale, OEM, customized, or large-volume orders, pricing and payment terms may be provided separately through a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, or other written confirmation.
Where separate written commercial terms have been agreed upon, those terms will apply to the relevant order in addition to these Terms.
SECTION 6 – WHOLESALE AND B2B ORDERS
CHENGGE TOOLS supplies automotive specialty tools to professional customers, including workshops, distributors, wholesalers, importers, retailers, and automotive tool brands.
Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, packaging requirements, payment terms, and shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, quantity, and destination.
Wholesale customers may contact us to request quotations or discuss specific sourcing requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, placing a wholesale order does not grant the customer exclusive distribution rights in any country, region, or market.
SECTION 7 – OEM, PRIVATE LABEL AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
CHENGGE TOOLS may provide OEM, private-label, customized packaging, branding, product specification, and other customization services for eligible products.
Customized orders may require:
• Minimum order quantities
• Artwork or logo confirmation
• Product specification approval
• Packaging confirmation
• Samples or pre-production approval
• Deposits or advance payment
• Longer production lead times
Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, trademarks, designs, packaging materials, and other intellectual property supplied to us for customization are legally authorized for their use.
By providing such materials, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.
Customized, OEM, and private-label products generally cannot be canceled or returned after production has begun, except in cases involving confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect production, or other circumstances agreed upon in writing.
Specific OEM or customized orders may also be governed by separate written quotations, specifications, purchase agreements, or production confirmations.
SECTION 8 – PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Automotive tools may be designed for specific vehicle models, engine codes, transmissions, components, or repair procedures.
Compatibility information provided on our website is intended to assist product selection but should be verified by the customer before purchase.
Vehicle manufacturers may change specifications between model years, markets, engine variants, or production periods.
If compatibility is uncertain, customers should contact CHENGGE TOOLS before ordering and provide relevant information such as:

CHENGGE TOOLS is not responsible for incorrect purchases resulting from incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.
SECTION 9 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our online store ships to the destinations currently available at checkout.
At present, standard shipping within the United States is free.
As additional markets become available through our online store, applicable shipping destinations, methods, charges, and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping availability, processing times, shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product, order quantity, product weight, package dimensions, carrier, and applicable customs or import requirements.
Orders placed through our online store are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated total delivery time for current United States online orders is approximately 9–20 business days.
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, local regulations, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For wholesale, OEM, private-label, customized, or international orders arranged separately, shipping terms, delivery schedules, costs, and logistics arrangements will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

SECTION 10 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders placed through our online store and delivered to the United States, customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees on delivery.
For orders delivered outside the United States or wholesale, OEM, private-label, and customized orders arranged separately, responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be confirmed in the agreed shipping terms.
SECTION 11 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, defective products, and incorrect shipments are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customized, OEM, private-label, or specially manufactured products may be subject to different return conditions as described in our Return & Refund Policy or separate written agreements.
SECTION 12 – CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Standard orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation.
Orders that have already been shipped may need to follow our return procedure.
OEM, customized, private-label, or bulk orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
Any applicable cancellation terms agreed upon separately for B2B orders will take priority for those orders.
SECTION 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, designs, website layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CHENGGE TOOLS unless otherwise stated.

Customers purchasing products for resale may use authorized product materials provided by CHENGGE TOOLS only to the extent expressly permitted for legitimate marketing and resale purposes.

Where there is a conflict concerning a specific B2B order, the separately agreed written commercial terms will apply to that order to the extent of the conflict.
SECTION 25 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by applicable laws and regulations, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdictional requirements that may apply.
For B2B transactions, additional governing-law or dispute-resolution terms may be agreed upon separately in writing.
