Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from CHENGGE TOOLS, operated by Fuzhou High-tech Zone Chengge Trading Co., Ltd.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at chen@chenggetrade.cn before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

2. Return Eligibility

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and all included components.

Please retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

If an item has a quality issue, is incorrect, or arrives damaged, please follow Section 4 below.

3. Return Destination and Shipping Costs

Approved returns must be sent to our office in China. We do not provide a U.S. return address.

Please obtain return approval and confirm the complete shipping instructions with us before sending your item back.

For returns unrelated to product quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please consider the cost of shipping to China before requesting a return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

4. Defective, Incorrect or Shipping-Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item has a quality issue, is incorrect, or arrives damaged, contact chen@chenggetrade.cn with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and the affected area
Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

After reviewing the issue, we will discuss a return or another appropriate resolution with you. Return instructions and responsibility for return shipping costs will be confirmed before you send the item back.

5. Refund Review and Processing

We will review returned items after they arrive and notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. The 7-business-day period refers to the time within which we initiate the refund, rather than a guaranteed date for funds to appear in your account.

If you have not received a refund after we confirm that it has been initiated, please contact your bank or payment provider. You may also contact us for assistance.

6. Customized and Separately Agreed Orders

For wholesale, OEM, private-label, or customized orders arranged separately, any additional return or refund conditions will be confirmed in writing before the order is finalized.

Please contact us if you have a quality issue, receive an incorrect item, or receive a damaged shipment under one of these orders.
